how to change display language in windows Vista Home Premium

If you want to change the display language of Windows Vista you will have to get a MUI language pack from Microsoft but that only works with Vista Ultimate and Enterprise editions.
But there is another way that you can get Home Premium and Basic to work too.
Vistalizator is a program that allows you to use the MUI language packs on these other versions and it works great.

Microsoft should never put a program on the computer like this where you have to going around the bend to fix a problem like this.

They want everyone to buy the more expensive Ultimate or Enterprise editions.
For the regular Joe we rely on these programs :).
