When pressing letter keys on laptop keyboard numbers or symbols appear!
When pressing some letter keys on a laptop keyboard you might get numbers or other symbols instead of the correct letter.

Ok, what happens if that doesn't fix the problem though? My friend has done that and some other fixes and she still gets 0's everytime she presses the spacebar. Is there anything else we can try to fix thhe problem?
I assume this is a laptop you are talking about, does this happen in every application?
Any other keys with this problem?
Make sure your friend doesn't have some key remap program running in the backround.
