Windows XP comes with a Fax Service but it is not installed by default.
You can use the Fax Service to send, receive, track, and monitor faxes.
Here is how to install it.
Click Start, then Control Panel, and then open Add or Remove Programs ,once open click on the option Add/Remove Windows Components .
In the Add/Remove Windows Components window scroll down and check the Fax Services option ,click next and windows will install it.(you might need your Windows XP CD)
To access the Fax Service go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Communications, Fax, and then click Fax Console ,configure it as you wish and you are done.

Thanks, but I think Windows fax service has lots of limitations.
I am using this Fax Server for a long time and I can just set up the routing rules to automatically forward the incoming faxes to specified users and email addresses.
I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made in writing this post. I am hoping
the same best work from you in the future as well.
